小日本4输出88分钟的VCD时，无法控制输出大小在700M以内？

很奇怪，以总比特率1040Kb/s计算，总体积应该在686MB才对。

看出来了，是码率问题。你注意这两行：

1. Bit rate （码率）                         : 1 143 Kbps
   
2. Maximum bit rate （最大码率）   : 816 Kbps

上面一行的“码率”（比特率）是实际的平均码率，起决定体积的作用，下面的816kbps是你定义的，但显示在错误的位置。

后者以前经常显示为 Normal bit rate（额定码率），新版的 MediaInfo 好像改变了说法，不过作用都是一样的。参考：

现在我终于找出问题出在哪里了，不过也不知道对不对，还请大家看看对不对，指导下呀

输出时：
        第一步：选择vcd用mpg用模板
        

选择vcd用mpg模板

第二步：选择非标准下面的mpge输出按钮：
        第三步：输出流类型：选择带有“。。。。（非标准用）”那一项，然后调整下面中间那个设置按键，
调整里面的预估文件大小。 这样输出来的文件大小才是预估文件的大小。
      
       之前的犯的错误：一直没有选择第三步的输出流类型，一直是默认的那个不带“（非标准用）”那个。
虽然也可以调整文件预估大小，但是实际输出来的根本和预估大小不一样的。
