这是“帮助”文件对“GOP太长”问题的官方答案:
Type
Clip GOP length too long for a DVD-Video.
The "yyy" clip's GOP length in the "xxx" track is too long for a DVD-Video.
In a DVD-Video the GOP's maximum length must be less than ZZZ frames.
Why did this error occur and how do I fix it?
The DVD-Video standard requires the GOP length is within the limits below.
NTSC system
Up to 36 fields (18 frames)
PAL system
Up to 30 fields (15 frames)
If you encoded the source file using the XDVD template from TMPGEnc 3.0/4.0 XPress, the GOP maximum length is increased to 64 frames. In such a case you can create a DVD as XDVD.
If you do not know the GOP settings, set the Encoder mode option of the Video tab in the Source stage's Track settings window to "Re-encode all as below", then adjust the bitrate and maximum bitrate.
If you possess TMPGEnc 3.0/4.0 XPress, use the DVD-Video output template.
If you possess TMPGEnc Plus 2.5, use the DVD output option in the Project Wizard. You can also manually set the GOP length in the GOP structure tab of the MPEG settings window.
Non-standard DVD-Video may not playback properly. To a certain extent, DVD-Video players allow non-standard DVD-Video playback depending on the maker. We recommend testing each player's support margin for non-standard DVD-Video.
