Added 新增功能	CUDA - CUDA 3.0 support. (There is no functional difference in TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress when using CUDA 2.3 or 3.0). This addition corrects the impossibility to launch TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress when a NVIDIA® GeForce GTX400 series video card (with a Fermi architecture graphic chip) is present. *CUDA 3.0 support is available only for the GeForce GTX400 series video card. *Accessing the GeForce GTX400 series video card CUDA function requires the NVIDIA graphic driver ver. 197.13 or newer version. TS files containing abnormal packets would be processed as normal packets, causing an error during the importation; Some TS files would be mistakenly recognized as a PS file; Linear PCM at 192 kHz would not be correctly processed. Fixed	Conversion to PS of some WTV files containing AAC audio would suddenly come to a stop. 转换某些包含AAC音频的 WTV 文件到 PS 时，可能会突然中止。

＜新增功能＞
・更新支援CUDA 2.3。
同时对 NVIDIA 的图形卡驱动程序也要求具有 Ver190.38 或更高版本。
（如果图形驱动程序低於Ver190.38，将无法使用 CUDA 功能。）
・增加支持了一部分前版本无法读取的 WTV 格式文件。

＜功能改进＞
・更新了 MP4/AVCHD 文件阅读器，同时修正了以下问题。
- 一部分文件无法正常读取的问题
- 一部分文件以倍数播放的问题
　- 在特定系统环境下视频出现粉红噪点
　- 在特定系统环境下视频出现类似回扫线的噪点
・改进了内存使用方法，使当内存不足等引起的“内存不足”以及“取样格式错误”等错误讯息发生的问题得到改善。主要体现如下。
- 输出设置为“全部的素材连接成一个文件（或系列独立文件）输出”时内存使用量大幅度减少
- 有效控制了在 Windows XP 系统环境下大量使用了内存地址空间的现象
- 降低了相对含有大容量内存的PC在读取文件时的缓冲区使用量
・使MPEG 文件阅读器可以读取只含有 PTS 数据的 MPEG 文件。
・修正了使用 Dolby Digital 解码器在解码处理时如遇错误数据，出错之后的部分没有声音的问题。
・修正了在读取一部分 DVD-Video 数据时，无法读取特定章节的内容的问题。
・修正了当以50倍等大幅度的画面大小转换时 NearestNeighbor，BiLinear 可能发生错误的问题。
・使用拖拉读取 WTV 文件时，自动地打开素材精灵。
・修正了在一部分系统环境下，剪切编辑画面的预览显示以及按钮图标的显示发生问题，和声音波形处出现“没有声音”讯息的问题。

＜程序修正＞
・修正了当输出 Windows Media Video 时，如果选择“注册关键格设置”，根据系统环境不同，编码结束时发生错误的问题。  
・修正了在将 WTV 文件转换为 MPEG-2 PS 时，对於一部分的视频采集卡所录制的数据无法正确转换的问题。
・修正了在以 AVI1.0 设置输出 DivX 文件时，在 Windows 7 初期版本中的解码模块无法正确播放的问题。
・修正了在批处理编码的“编辑”编码项目时，如果输出文件夹/文件栏清空时，无法再次从“打开”设置以及“取消”的问题。
・修正了音频噪声滤除处理时，在执行预览后，改变参数设置时无法正确处理的问题。
・修正了不含音声的素材在读入含有“音频噪声滤除或“音频淡入/淡出”的滤镜处理模板时，死锁的问题。
・以及其他细微的修正。

Added 新增功能	AAC 5.1 ch (6 channels) import support. (Importation of an MPEG-2 TS file containing an AAC stream up to 5.1 channels is now possible.) In addition, when importing an AAC stream you can manually set the number of channels in the "Clip properties" stage of the "Clip editor" window. 支持导入 AAC 5.1 声道（6声道）。（包含5.1声道音频流的 MPEG-2 TS 文件现在已能导入。） 此外，当导入AAC音频流时，可以在“素材特性”（输入）阶段里的“剪切设置”标签中手工设置声道数量。

Improved	YUV color space information contained in the source file is now taken in account when imported through the MP4/AVCHD File Reader. If no color space information is available, the BT.709 or SMPTE 170M color space is automatically selected according to the pixel rate. 使用 MP4/AVCHD 文件阅读器导入的源文件内如包含 YUV 色彩空间信息，会直接使用之。如不包含，则根据点频率（像素频）自动判别色彩空间为 BT.709 或 SMPTE 170M。
Improved	When outputting an MPEG-4 file, the YUV color space is selected according to the resolution and framerate, the color space is then converted to the selection before the encoding stage. 输出MPEG-4文件时，会根据分辨率和帧率先选择 YUV 色彩空间，再于编码前转换成所选择的色彩空间。
Improved	When the Batch encode tool fails to retreive the automatically saved batch list it now displays an error message, erases the batch list and resets. 当批处理编码工具不能获取自动生成的批理任务列表时，现在会显示一条错误信息，然后删除并重置批处理表单。
Improved	Following a silence, the audio uniformization filter could highly increase the volume, resulting in an explosion-like effect. The improved filter reduces the occurence of such an issue. 使用“音量均化”滤镜时，原来在一段无声之后，音量可能会突然增大，并导致爆音。现在此滤镜已经改善，减低了这种问题的发生机率。

TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress Version 4.7.3.292 - August 18, 2009

Added 新增功能	DivX encoder/decoder updated to the latest version. DivX 编解码器更新到最新版本。
Added	DivX file output support extended to 1080p. DivX 文件输出支持扩展到1080p。
Added	DivX output offers an AVI container type selection. (1080p profile is AVI-2 container type only). Because of this addition, the "Partition" tab is renamed as "File" tab. DivX 输出可选 AVI 容器类型。（1080p 限制必须使用 AVI-2 容器）。因为这个功能的添加，“Partition（分割）”标签改名为“File（文件）”。
Added	DivX file output maximum bitrate is updated to support the new profile specifications (The GMC option is available when the profile is set to "none" and the resolution is no greater than 1024x768). DivX 文件输出最大码率更新，可支持最新配置定义（当配置文件设置为“无”时 GMC 选项可用，并且分辨率限制在 1027x768）。

(Project or output setting template containing the 2 pass Constant bitrate option is automatically ajusted to 1 pass Constant bitrate.) 去除了编码输出 MPEG-4 AVC 文件时的码率控制模式——“二次编码恒定码率”。（已有项目或输出设置模板中如果包含“二次编码恒定码率”选项会被自动调整为“一次编码恒定码率”。）
Improved	The MPEG-4 ISO file output has Maximum bitrate, VBV buffer and Quarter pixel options added, allowing improvement of the picture quality. Some settings of the "Video" tab are now in the "ISO" tab. 编码输出 MPEG-4 ISO 文件时添加了“最高码率、VBV缓冲区、1/4像素”选项以改善画质。“视频”标签下的某些选项现在移至“ISO”标签页下。

Fixed 程序修正	During the SpursEngine plug-in device check, the SpursEngine board could not be correctly recognized when the drivers were not installed. 在 SpursEngine 插件设备检查过程中，若 SpursEngine 驱动未安装，则 SpursEngine 板不能被正确识别。
Fixed	The VBR output would sometimes not function properly. This correction improves the picture quality. (Please install the latest version of the TMPGEnc Movie Plug-in SpursEngine). VBR 编码输出有时不能正常运作。此次修正改善了画面质量。（请安装最新版本的 TMPGEnc Movie Plug-in SpursEngine 插件）。

* For SpursEngine usage, the TMPGEnc Movie Plug-in SpursEngine and a SpursEngine hardware device are necessary (both sold separately).

Changed	CUDA - CUDA can now be enabled even when the driver version cannot be retreived from certain CUDA supporting video cards with usable CUDA. Fixed	CUDA - "Simple duplication on stripes only" and "Inverse pulldown (reinforced anti-stripes)" deinterlace mode would not function properly. CUDA - 修正两种去交错模式功能不正常现象。
Fixed	When used in a Core i7 environment, the determination of the number of CPUs would become invalid. 修正酷睿i7 环境下CPU数量判断会失效问题。
Fixed	An error would arise when rotating a picture in the Slideshow editor. 修正在幻灯片编辑器中旋转图片时会出现的错误。

Fixed	CUDA - The deinterlace filter in Inverse pulldown mode did not yield a correct result when used with CUDA.
Fixed	CUDA - The video Noise reduction/Noise reduction (time) filters would sometimes generate horizontal stripes when used with CUDA.
Fixed	CUDA - An error would arise when using the Crop filter if the target picture width was below 8 pixels when used with CUDA.
Fixed	CUDA - The resize filter in bilinear mode would not yield a correct result when used with CUDA.
Fixed	CUDA - The deinterlace filter in "Replication - simple mode" did not yield a correct result when used with CUDA.
Fixed	Output settings would sometimes not be correctly reflected in Windows Media Video output.
Fixed	A temporary folder was created in random locations such as the desktop and an error would arise during a MPEG-4 2 pass output.
Fixed	Using the video fade-in/out filter would slow down the output time.

TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress Version 4.6.2.266 - October 29, 2008

Added 新增功能	NVIDIA CUDA 2.0 support. Can be used with filters and the MPEG-1/2 decoder. CUDA-capable graphics card required. For more information on CUDA, CUDA supported video cards, and downloading the latest drivers, please see NVIDIA's website.
Fixed	For AVI codec output quality, keyframe interval and bitrate would not function properly.
Fixed	Deadlock could occur when using the VFAPI file reader.
Fixed	Green blocknoise could sometimes appear when importing a MPEG-2 PS file through the MPEG file reader.
