老师，您好。请问这里learn its business是不是就指想学习日本新干线列车的技术？还是，纯粹是字面意思，想学习其业务？（感觉业务有点怪怪的……）

还有，那business是指的取其技术的经，还是包括其他，如管理方式、公司体制等等？

既然只是以顾客身份，应该主要是学习其技术吧？当然，通过购买行为能直接学到的东西应该还涉及销售、技术支持、设备维护等方面，诸如管理方式、公司体制等，更应该是通过考察来了解。

作为非业内人士，无法对这其中的道理构想太多。说得可能不对，姑妄听之可矣。
