from...from...; feed into; spanning a thirty-year career
老师，您好。以下摘自UNESCO关于表彰扫盲工作人员的一份出版物的序言。We read a personal and moving account of a friend and how he struggled to help shape a literacy programme which trans-formed and empowered in the real sense of the word. We hear from those who work in policy formulation, from a researcher, feeding into policy-making work spanning a thirty-year career in peace and war and we catch a glimpse of how international civil servants strive to influence a large bureaucracy whilst keeping their feet on the ground. Not to mention a chilling account of literacy efforts in time of civil war.我对粗体部分很困惑。
1。 from those...from a researcher...researcher包括在those里，这样来举例，用法正式吗？
2。 feed into：字典里给出的用法都是:feed something into/to（http://dictionary.reverso.net/english-cobuild/feed——第6、7、11释义）。
3。 spanning a thirty-year career：...work spanning应该是由...work which spans，或者...work which is spanning变来的对吗？我觉得work spans+时间行，但搭配career不会很奇怪吗？work spans a thirty-year career?如果span是指researcher的话，那work和spanning之间也应该加上“,"才对呀。
